Excellent food and service. Really impressed with everything. We had the pretzel bread (with mustard butter), seared tuna, shrimp appetizer, and macaroni and cheese. All huge portions and delicious. We will be back.

This restaurant was nice, went to Circa prior to a Nationals game. The food was good, I really enjoyed the scallops and the Brussel sprouts. I didn't feel like I needed to be too dressy, granted it was lunch time. The service was good and we didn't wait long for the food.

The chicken paillard was fantastic while the Caesar salad was a little different than what I was expecting but still good. Service was good as we were greeted with a smiling server within minutes of setting down. Very close to surrounding hotels with a good variety of options.

This place is outstanding! The level of service incredible going above and beyond to suggest modifications for a dish for me. It was Winter Restaurant Week so truly a great opportunity to try 3 courses for $55 or $65 for dinner. I highly recommend trying a cocktail they make their own bourbon and my Manhattan was next level. Each dish was a standout. Vibe that is both intimate and welcoming good for solo dining or a group.

Went to Circa for HH on a Thursday. The waiter was attentive and checked on us frequently. I had the Caesar with the addition of Salmon. I asked for Blackened salmon instead of regular grilled. This is on my list of best Caesar's I've had in a while. Definitely a must. The restaurant was pretty chill with low lighting. Good spot!

This review reflects my experience dining out with celiac disease, an autoimmune disorder that requires me to maintain a diet free of gluten (including cross contact). SERVICE: 4/5 stars DRINKS: 4/5 stars FOOD: 4/5 stars AMBIANCE: 3.5/5 stars VALUE: 4/5 stars OVERALL RATING: 4/5 stars I love dining out at Circa. Though I am not a fan of chains, generally, the consistency and quality of the food and drinks served at all of the Circa locations at which I have dined is appreciated. My most recent visit to a Circa was its Navy Yard location in January 2025. Circa offers a separate gluten-sensitive menu (which is available for brunch and dinner, with the same choices at all locations). I always have the grilled chicken wings, which are modified, slightly, compared to those on the standard menu. They were delicious. To accompany dinner, I had two Madras cocktails, which were strong and well balanced. Our seven-person party was served by a fabulous waitress. She provided us with separate checks at the end of dinner. Note that Circa applies a 4.5-percent service fee to its checks.

Date of service: 8.23.24 Reason for visit: Teenage Birthday Dinner Group size: 15 Food: I ordered the wings from the appetizer menu. It was accompanied by carrot/celery sticks. Serving size/8 wings Ambiance: it was definitely beautiful inside with an open concept. Large bar area with music being played throughout the restaurant. Our large party size was sat at a high table/chair type setting. Wasn't the best for older guests but the teenagers loved it. Cost: a little pricey for smaller portion sizes but expected in Navy Yard. That coupled with the parking lot fees or taking your chance at a meter made for a stressful night. I paid $30 to park and another $115 dollars for my daughter and I. Again I only had wings and a delicious drink. I'd recommend to anyone more interested in drinking and happy hour than having a dinner party or serious meal.

Savoring every moment and every bite At Circa In Washington DC! We went for a work holiday dinner and were served a pre-fixe three course meal! I took my friend from out of town for some wine and food after a day of sightseeing. We ordered a bottle of Malbec and calamari. This was my first time here for more than just a cocktail at the bar. We each loved the ambiance of the restaurant. Not too loud or too stuffy. The prices aren't too bad at all, especially for DC. Our waiter was excellent. Not too attentive but didn't disappear either! They have an outdoor patio when it's nicer outside, an incredibly large bar area with high tops, and a large dining area.

A great quick lunch in a convenient location in DC. Parking was fairly simple as it wasn't a game day so we snagged a spot by the stadium. The restaurant is beautiful and the bar is large. There's also patio seating. I had a delicious chicken sandwich with fries and my friend had a salad. It was huge! My sandwich had the most delicious dill pickle aioli on it and the chicken was tender and crispy. Yum! Our waiter was attentive and quick. We were in and out! Great dining option when in the area.
